Root Medicine & Meditation

FreeJoin Genevieve and Jessie along with the SCV Herb Guild for an evening discussing the myriad of food and medicinal uses of our local root medicines. Jessie will lead us on an informative walk diving deep into a handful of root medicines and their folk as well as clinical indications. Then, we will ground into a deeply rooted meditation lead by Genevieve to assimilate and embody all we have learned.

This event is appropriate for all ages. RSVP is not necessary for young children, but they must be supervised.
